City Bluffs will offer townhomes, commercial space on Buena Vista Pike

Nashville-based development companies Core Development Services and Paragon Group will team to undertake what will be called City Bluffs, to offer 46 townhomes and some retail space, according to Andrew Beaird, Core s vice president of development. Core and Paragon, the latter of which both develops and works as a general contractor, will handle the development via an LLC that paid $750,000 for the property in January 2019, according to Metro records. Rezoning has been finalized.
