Lukashenko authorizes construction of Northern Waterfront complex in Minsk An archive photo MINSK, 14 May (BelTA) – On 13 May Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 186 “On the implementation of an investment project in Minsk”, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state. The document sets forth the terms for the construction of the Northern Waterfront experimental multifunctional complex in the northern part of the city within the boundaries of the Minsk Ring Road, Pobeditelei Avenue, Orlovskaya Street and Tsnyanskoye Reservoir by Riverside Development Holdings Limited (United Arab Emirates). In line with the decree, the complex will include residential buildings with all the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure, social facilities and public facilities with a total area of more than six million square meters.

Widespread Panic to play Riverfront Park Amphitheater in Wilmington NC

Both venues are managed by Live Nation for the city of Wilmington, which owns the venues. On Tuesday, a Sept. 5 concert by the British pop band Glass Animals was announced for Riverfront Park. Tickets go on sale 3 p.m. May 4. As for Widespread Panic, since forming in the 1980s, the band has gone on to become one of the most popular live acts in the world, typically playing large venues for multiple nights in a row. Many of the band s fans sometimes called Spreadheads follow the band from date to date. A pre-pandemic Widespread show was a pretty wild affair, so it s possible that post-pandemic Widespread will be off the charts in all kind of fun ways. The band has released more than two dozen albums over the years, inspired by the Grateful Dead s blend of rock, jazz, blues, bluegrass and more.
