Jalpaiguri: A man was killed allegedly for refusing to pay extortion money to miscreants in West Bengal s Jalpaiguri district, police said on Saturday.

The body of a BJP worker reached home nine days after he died at a protest rally of the party in West Bengal s Siliguri.
The BJP worker has been identified as Ulen Roy. His body was brought home in Jalpaiguri district on Wednesday.
Union minister Debasree Chaudhuri visited Roys home at Gajaldoba village where his body was buried.
