All the drugs seized are subject to analysis.
A man in his 30s was arrested and detained at the North Western Regional Garda Headquarters in Galway under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
He was later released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Investigations are ongoing.

A man in his 30s was arrested after cocaine and cash were seized in Galway yesterday evening.
Gardaí stopped a vehicle in Oranmore at around 6.45pm and found €8,000 of suspected cocaine and €800 in cash.
In a follow-up search, they seized €28,000 of suspected cocaine.
The man was questioned at the North Western Regional Garda Headquarters in Galway.
He has been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
