Suspect in Northwest Jacksonville SWAT situation surrenders peacefully

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. An hours-long standoff in Northwest Jacksonville ended after the suspect surrendered peacefully to the Jacksonville Sheriff s Office.
At about 6 p.m. the Jacksonville Sheriff s Office arrived at a home in the 4200 block of Trout River Boulevard to serve an arrest warrant, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff s Office.
The male suspect was wanted for a probation violation outside of Florida, JSO said.
