N.W.T. starts administering COVID-19 vaccines
Residents and staff of two long-term care facilities were among the first group to get the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine today in the N.W.T. as the government began providing the vaccine to residents.

N.W.T. legislature appoints new languages commissioner
Brenda Gauthier will be the Northwest Territories next languages commissioner. She will officially take over Jan. 11, 2021 and will move the office from Yellowknife to her home community of Fort Smith, N.W.T.
