New York City’s middle schools
will reopen on Feb. 25, more than three months after sending their students home. It’s the latest milestone for the nation’s largest school system, which continues a fits-and-starts approach to operating amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

PHOENIX â Fryâs Food Stores and the United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 99 reached an agreement on a new labor contract that will impact employees working at 123 Fryâs stores in Arizona, the company announced this week.
The newly ratified three-year agreement covers more than 19,500 Fryâs workers throughout the state.
