First successful birth of tiger cubs since 1998

This is the first successful birth of the critically endangered feline at WRS since 1998. The parents of the twins are Intan and Bongsu.

It is not the Year of the Ox yet but Indian bison or gaur are already feasting on "niu" (Chinese for ox) year treats at the Night Safari. Weighing up to 1,500kg, these animals are the largest species of bovine.. Read more at straitstimes.com.
