By HIGHLIGHTS Dimensity 1000+ powered phones to launch in early 2021 Realme X7 Pro and Oppo Reno 5 Pro could launch in India soon MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ flagship processor to power 5G phones in early 2021 in India The MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ flagship chipset has been announced in India with smartphones powered by it set to launch in early 2021. The announcement comes after the Taiwanese chip-maker unveiled the Dimesnity 800U as the first 5G Dimensity processor in India, earlier this month during the India Mobile Congress 2020.  The MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ was announced in May as an enhanced version of the Dimensity 1000 processor and powers phones like the Redmi K30 Ultra, Realme X7 Pro and more. Interestingly, the Realme X7 series that is powered by the Dimensity 800U and 1000+ respectively is expected to launch in India sometime in January 2021. Meanwhile, Oppo has also hinted that it could launch the Reno 5 Pro in India which is also powered by the Dimensity 1000+
