Everyone needs a vigorous exercise in the morning! Time 9: 25-9: 40 under the guidance of senior teachers Lyudmila Nepovinnykh and Alexander Kiselev, together with students of the Institute of Mathematics and Information Technology.
At 11:20 am, participants will receive a set of exercises in the workplace using a chair under the guidance of senior teacher Gennady Krikunov, together with students of the Institute of Economics and Law.
In the evening, we invite everyone to a full-time class, which will take place at 17:00 in the gymnasium of the Main Building (Lenin Ave., 33). A set of exercises with tennis balls “Thinking in hands” and, which is especially important at the present time, breathing health-improving practices will be offered.

STAFF AT RTÉ have rejected a cost-cutting plan that envisaged temporary pay cuts of between 3-5%
The plan is part of efforts by the national broadcaster to reduce costs by €60 million over three years, with the temporary pay cuts believed to target a saving of over €8 million a year.
A proposed plan was then put to a ballot of staff members, which has now been rejected by a margin of 87% by 13%.
RTÉ staff reject planned pay cuts by an overwhelming majority The station s Trade Union Group says 87% of members voted against the proposal.
The TUG says it is up to management to consider the outcome of the ballot and the group continues to be available for discussions.
RTÉ says it is disappointed with the outcome and further engagement will take place with the Trade Union Group.
