At 11:20 am, participants will receive a set of exercises in the workplace using a chair under the guidance of senior teacher Gennady Krikunov, together with students of the Institute of Economics and Law. In the evening, we invite everyone to a full-time class, which will take place at 17:00 in the gymnasium of the Main Building (Lenin Ave., 33). A set of exercises with tennis balls “Thinking in hands” and, which is especially important at the present time, breathing health-improving practices will be offered.
