WORCESTER Thu Nguyen said their love for Worcester stems from their belief that it is a place for everyone.  Worcester is a beautiful, diverse city, and that s a celebration we should be having, said the 29-year-old Nguyen, who recently announced a run for an at-large seat on the City Council.
