Ridgecrest Subdivision: located on E. Greene Street, 11 undeveloped lots are being built on or marketed currently. The owner of the lots is Ray Westall. The developers and builders are Wanda Welch and Betty Blea. The plan is to build out the remaining lots that have been approved, and then begin work on subsequent phases of the this subdivision that will develop the remaining portion of the Westall property.
Thurston C-Hill Development: located to the west of Brentwood Place and to the east of Miehls Drive, this new residential development will create 14 new single family residential lots for development. The owner and developer of the property is Ken Thurston. This development is in the early planning stages.
