The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit reported six new cases of COVID-19 Thursday and three resolved.
Two of the new cases are in Nipissing District and four are in Parry Sound District.

The health unit does not specify in which district each individual case resides.
However, the new cases include one person 19 years of age or younger, who came into close contact with another case.
Another person is described as between 20 and 39 years of age, who was exposed to COVID-19 through community transmission, meaning the individual has no travel history, the case is not associated with an outbreak and the person has had no known close contact with a case.
