NAZARETH, Texas (KCBD) - The ninth KCBD Hoop Madness Team of the Week for this season is the Nazareth Swiftettes.
In their 1-A semifinals match-up against Westbrook, the Swiftettes held the Lady Cats scoreless in the third quarter on their way to a 48-17 win.
Nazareth is (27-4) overall on the season and are heading to their fifth straight state title game and the programs’ 30th.
The Swiftettes will take on Dodd City in the state title game Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. in the Alamodome in San Antonio.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The sixth KCBD Hoop Madness Team of the Week for this season is the Springlake-Earth Wolverines.
In their matchup against Cotton Center, the Wolverines beat the Elks 71-44. The team finished their regular season (15-4) overall and (12-0) in district. Springlake-Earth has now won 32 straight district games.
The Wolverines record earned them a first round bye in the playoffs, so Springlake-Earth is waiting to see who their first playoff opponent will be.
In their matchup against Estacado, the Loboettes beat the Lady Mats 82-45. The win secured the district 3-4A title for Levelland, who heads into the playoffs with a (24-0) overall record and (10-0) in district.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The second KCBD Hoop Madness Team of the Week for this season is the Estacado Matadors.
In their matchup against San Angelo Lake View, the 9th-ranked Matadors beat the Chiefs 87-40.
So far, Estacado has an overall record of (15-2), are (2-0) in division play.
Next week, they’ll face Levelland who was pick to win the division on Tuesday and Big Spring on Friday.
