Yet another California Democrat with a record of failure might be headed to Washington if Joe Biden gets his way. Biden has already announced the nomination of Attorney General Xavier Becerra, who spent more time suing Trump than doing his actual job, for Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. California Gov. Gavin Newsom appointed (now former) Secretary of State Alex Padilla, who completely ignored court orders to clean up the voter rolls and botched the implementation of both the motor voter law and the Real ID rollout, to fill Kamala Harrisâ Senate seat. Today Biden announced the nomination of California Secretary of Labor Julie Su for Deputy Secretary of Labor, the number two position in the department, a move that has Californians in both parties scratching their heads.
Former TSA worker forced female traveler to bare her breasts in fake security check Theresa Braine
A former Transportation Security Administration agent tricked a female traveler into baring her breasts and coerced her into letting him look down her pants during a security screening at Los Angeles International Airport.
Johnathon Lomeli, 23, was sentenced to two years of felony probation, 60 days in county jail, and 52 classes to address sexual compulsion, the California Department of Justice said Friday. Lomeli is also barred from ever serving as a security guard, and must pay restitution to the victim.
“We all have the right to be treated with dignity and respect in all places. And no one is entitled to use a position of power to violate those rights,” California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said in a statement. “Why can’t some men absorb that simple truth? This is 2021, not 1921. Today, Johnathon Lomeli learned this the hard way.”

Johnathon Lomeli pleaded no contest on Friday to a felony count of false imprisonment
His sentence includes 60 hours in court jail, 52 court-mandated classes addressing sexual compulsion and two years of probation
Lomeli was arrested in February 2020 and charged with using fraud or deceit to falsely imprison the woman in June 2019
