Sky News host Chris Kenny says not one 'journalist' at the ABC is prepared to say that what was right for former Labor leader Bill Shorten is right for Attorney-General Christian Porter as the national broadcaster continues to campaign against him.
Mr Kenny said it was a "travesty" of the rule of law, separation of powers, and journalism that left-leaning media establishments have skewered the Attorney-General.
"The ABC employs at least a thousand journalists, and when Bill Shorten faced historical rape allegations and police decided not to proceed with charges, not one of those journalists dissented, not one of them demanded another inquiry, not one of them grilled Shorten about the claims," he said.
"We should be prepared to accept the police ruling, the outcome of our criminal justice system, not impose a differing political standard. But there is a different attitude to Porter.
