New Delhi [India], April 17 (ANI): A Delhi Court granted interim bail to Vikas Mishra, brother of Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader, arrested by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with coal mining scam.
The Court has granted bail to Mishra till May 15 on medical grounds.
Special Judge Anurag Sain in an order passed on Friday said: The interim bail has been granted to accused solely on the basis of medical grounds of the accused and for a period of one month starting from today till May 4, 2021 and accused is directed to surrender before the Tihar Jail on or before the approved date.

New Delhi [India], April 2 (ANI): A Delhi Court on Thursday sought a detailed medical report from the Jail Authority of Vikas Mishra, brother of Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Vinay Mishra arrested in connection with coal mining scam.
Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Judge Anurag Sain while hearing the bail petition of Vikas Mishra said, Let the detailed Medical records of the accused be called for the next date of hearing from the Jail through Jail Superintendent. Also, ED is directed to verify the earlier medical records of the applicant/accused annexed with the bail application .

Kangana Ranaut, who has several legal cases open against her, and her sister Rangoli Chandel in Mumbai have moved to the Supreme Court seeking to transfer all criminal cases to Shimla. According to reports, criminal cases include the defamation complaint filed by Javed Akhtar, and another case filed against the sisters for their offensive tweets hurting religious sentiments.
While seeking the transfer of cases, Kangana and Rangoli claimed that the cases filed against them were filed with malicious intent to malign their image. An ANI report also said, Actor Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel have moved the Supreme Court seeking transfer of criminal cases pending against them in various courts of Mumbai to Shimla in Himachal Pradesh.
