Terry Kelly was charged with stabbing 41-year-old Tennille Grant to death on April 22, 20218. He was sentenced to 35 years of imprisonment. The solicitor's office said Kelly had been harassing Grant for months leading up to her murder and she had made several thorough reports to law.
