The Role of Vehicle Technician
You will be reporting to the Porsche Service Team Manager and be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair of vehicles in line with Porsche repair process, meeting customer expectations, whilst ensuring commercial and operational requirements are considered at all times.
Core Specific Responsibilities as Vehicle Technician
⢠Review the customerâs requirements provided by the Service Advisors/Executive, ensuring sufficient information is provided to complete the repair
⢠Ascertain parts required to resolve the customer issue and order as required

The Role
Direct communication with customers to identify / understand concerns with vehicle running performance and to advise about technical issues.
Role Responsibilities:
To carry out routine maintenance and servicing checks and repairs in line with the requirements of the manufacturer.
To run fault diagnostic`s on engine, transmission, brakes, air conditioning, security features, fuel systems etc.
Carry out repair / service operations to engine units, drive trains, suspension components, brakes, air conditioning systems, electrical, emissions systems and all interior trim components etc.
