For any query regarding City accounts, contact Joburg Connect on 0860 562 874 or fax your query to 011 358 3408/09 or email your query to joburgconnect@joburg.org.za. You will need to quote your account number. You will be given a reference number and your query will be passed on to the relevant department.
If our electronic system is off-line, you will be given a manual reference number. Make sure you get the call centre consultant’s name and make a note of the time of query so that it is easier for us to trace.
Queries can also be made in person at any of the regional Customer Service Centres. Remember to take along a copy of your latest account.

Accounts with a debt older than 30 days, will receive a final demand notice as well as a courteous call by a Credit Controller.
Customers will be informed of the overdue debt and the risk involved should the account not be paid in full or an arrangement made to pay off the outstanding debt.
If no payment is received after 14 days of the warning notice being posted, Joburg Water may:
a) Restrict the flow of water for domestic use.
b) Disconnect the water supply to businesses.

The following Customer Service Centres are able to process licensing renewals but only for those motorists who have received their white renewal notices:
The Madrid-Orihuela high speed train to begin service Monday
Starting on 1 February, the new Ave high speed train service will offer a direct connection between Madrid and Orihuela in 2 hours and 22 minutes with 4 daily services, 2 in each direction, early morning and late evening, offering 1,264 seats.
The service will connect Madrid Puerta de Atocha and the Elche High Speed and Orihuela Miguel Hernández stations, and will gradually expand as demand and health conditions allow.
In economy class the price of a one way ticket is 71.10 euros although there will be a series of promotional tickets for sale at significant price discounts of between 30 and 70 percent, which are currently being marketed in the different sales outlets.
