The Watkins Glen Police Department says a 28-year-old Dundee resident was taken into custody after a high speed chase in Schuyler County.
On Tuesday around 11:21 a.m. police received multiple calls regarding a male subject that was walking down South Decatur Street in the proximity of the school. The individual described to police matched the description of the individual sought for a residential burglary from April 16.

The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two individuals- one from Lodi, and another from Elmira following a vehicle chase through several communities.
Edward Robinson, 30, of Lodi and Nichole Paul, 29, of Elmira were both taken into custody on a number of charges after Robinson led officers on a chase through Watkins Glen, Burdett, and Hector.
The vehicle eventually became stuck in a seasonal road. As the driver, Robinson was charged with felony criminal contempt, fleeing an officer, reckless driving, driving without a license, and speeding.
