Read / Add Comments A 31-year-old Connecticut man allegedly driving a stolen motorcycle at a high rate of speed was killed after crashing with another vehicle. The crash took place around 12:14 a.m., Wednesday, June 30 in the area of 1565 Main St., in Waterbury, said Sgt. Robert Davis. According to Davis, the motorcycle struck a vehicle and was ejected from the bike. He was rushed to an area hospital where he died from his injuries. A preliminary investigation found that the driver of the motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed and struck a 2014 Honda Accord that was making a U-turn in the roadway, Davis said.
