Labor left out of prime minister s vaccine launch

There is bitterness from the Opposition about how Prime Minister Scott Morrison’s coronavirus vaccination was handled, according to Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell. Mr Morrison was among the first Australians to receive the COVID-19 on Sunday. “The Opposition insisting it believed that Morrison and Albanese were going to be vaccinated at the same time,” Mr Clennell said. A letter from Health Minister Greg Hunt’s office was sent to Shadow Health Minister Mark Butler’s last week which invited Labor figures to receive the vaccine at the same time. Despite that, the premier continued what she described as a "close personal relationship" for another two years until she was summoned to an ICAC hearing in 2020. Mr Clennell said “the clue is contained in answer to a call for papers by One Nation MP Mark Latham in relation to disgraced former MP, and Ms Berejiklian's former boyfriend, Daryl Maguire”. The arbiter of the decision to release documents to the upper house, Keith Mason, wrote: ‘ICAC has indicated it has no concerns with the publication of thirteen of these documents.
