In a statement provided to The Nugget, Scotiabank Canadian banking communications manager Daniela Da Silva said the health and safety of employees and customers is top priority.
“We have temporarily closed our branch at 204 Main Street W., North Bay, Ont., as one of our employees has tested positive for COVID-19,” the statement said.
“We are following guidance from public health officials and the branch will be open to appointments only at this time. Scotiabank continues to cooperate with local health authorities, as needed.”
