FEDERALSBURG, MD– One local farm is bringing back the milk man, or in this case the milk ladies, to deliver farm fresh and sustainably harvested products to your front door. Check out this week’s Live Green with Curbside Cow.
Last March, Nice Farms Creamery in Federalsburg, Maryland was searching for a way to sell their sustainably sourced milk in a pandemic, which is what inspired Curbside Cow.
“There was a need for milk, for dairy. And we were like let’s reach out to families and bring them their milk. It ended up doing very well, to the point where we had to do some internal changes ourselves,” said Brandy Miller.

Dogfish Head in Rehoboth Beach tells us they have placed an emphasis on being green, since they started brewing in 1995.

On his family’s farm in Berlin, Maryland, Garrett Neeb, the owner of Swamp Boy Handicraft, was looking for new crops to grow– which is when he decided to begin growing herbs.
