The Warren County Health District wants to know who among those eligible for Ohioâs COVID-19 vaccine 1A and 1B phases wants to get vaccinated.
The health department has an online survey to create an interest list among Warren County residents for the coronavirus vaccine.
Those who complete the survey and are eligible for the vaccine will be contacted when more vaccine is available, according to the health districtâs website.
Phase 1A includes the following:

According to the Warren County Health Districtâs website, all vaccines it has received or will be receiving over the next week have been scheduled for distribution by appointment, the Journal-News reports.
The earliest additional vaccine may be available through the department is Jan. 25. As the department receives more info about shipments, announcements will be posted on its website at warrenchd.com/c19-vaccine.
