Norwalk Fire Chief Ryan Coburn is on paid administrative leave after being arrested in Indianola on Saturday on the suspicion of operating a vehicle while under the influence.
According to a police report, Coburn was pulled over after police received reports that a vehicle was swerving on the roadway near the Warren County Fairgrounds at about 10:55 p.m Saturday. The report said Coburn appeared sluggish, had bloodshot and watery eyes and failed multiple physical sobriety tests. A breath test showed him with a .206% BAC, more than two and a half times the legal limit.
The report also said that Coburn initially told the arresting officer he hadn t been drinking, but later said that he had been, but not how much. The officer also detected a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his person.

LEBANON, Ohio â The Warren County Health District is hosting walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the Warren County Fairgrounds on Wed, April 21 and Thurs, April 22.
The clinic will open at 8:15 a.m. and run until 2:15 p.m.
The health district released a statement reading: âThe goal of the health district is to get as many people vaccinated as possible. The sooner we achieve this goal, the sooner we can resume our normal activities with our friends and family.â

WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (FOX19) - We may be just a few days away from the first day of spring, but a drive-thru ice sculpture event is happening in Warren County beginning Thursday.
On Wednesday, a group of 12 artists were busy turning a block of ice from a rectangular blob into a piece of art!
You can see hundreds of ice sculptures this weekend at the Warren County Fairgrounds. Ice World is the name of the drive-thru event featuring new sculptures each night.

The drive-thru will immerse you in displays sculpted from 50,000 pounds of ice. More than 50 unique ice sculptures will be hand-carved.
âIce World is a unique concept created in response to current COVID restrictions. This event will bring joy to Southern Ohio residents with something safe and family-friendly to do in this time of uncertainty,â Owner of Rock On Ice Greg Butauski said.
