Date Time Police charge man after weapons, drugs and cash seized – South Coast A man has been charged after being allegedly found in possession of a prohibited weapon on the South Coast yesterday. About 5.10am (Friday 8 January 2021), officers attached to South Coast Police District Proactive Crime Team executed a search warrant at a house on Pleasant Way, Nowra. Police spoke with a 35-year-old man who lived at the house and commenced a search of the property. Officers allegedly located a zombie knife, a home-made stun device, approximately 58 grams of methyl amphetamine, 86 grams of cannabis and $580 cash. The man was arrested and taken to Nowra Police Station where he charged with use prohibited weapon contrary to prohibition order.
