Elise Stefanik, have decided to pause all political contributions for further review after pressure from individuals calling and threatening on social media to boycott the chain over their support for the congresswoman. Stewart’s started logging Twitter and Facebook comments denouncing the contributions to Stefanik from Stewart’s President Gary Dake and his family on Monday, emails obtained by the Albany Times Union show.

(Will Waldron/Times Union)Will Waldron/Albany Times Union HOOSICK FALLS – Kindergarten students in Hoosick Falls Elementary School will use remote learning until Jan. 19 due to a positive COVID-19 case at the school, the district said. “Unlike prior situations we have had to work through, the impacted staff members all work in the same grade level and in the same hallway,” the Hoosick Falls Central School District said on its website Monday. “Due to the localized impact this particular case has had, we have decided to pivot only the Kindergarten classes to remote learning from Monday, January 11 through Friday, January 15,” the district announced.  In-person classes for kindergarten students will resume Jan. 19.
