On the question of whom to support during Presidential poll, Haryana’s main opposition party Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) has left the decision on party supremo and former Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala.
The presidential poll is scheduled to be held on July 17, while the counting of votes would take place on July 20. As per the schedule, June 28 is the last day for nominations, while a candidate can withdraw from the electoral battle till July 1.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Thursday said that Iran has released 25 Indian fishermen who were detained with their Bahraini boats.
“I am happy to inform that 25 Indian fishermen from Tamil Nadu who were detained by Iranian Coast Guards since March 2017 with 5 Bahraini boats have been released and repatriated to Bahrain,” Swaraj tweeted.
