Deputies arrested Mark Linn Randolph, 48, and Elizabeth Jenine Snyder, 40, as a result. They were booked at the Washington County Detention Center and being held without bail as of Tuesday afternoon. They have hearings scheduled for Wednesday, online court records show.

Authorities served eight search warrants in Frederick and Washington counties, seized drugs, weapons and $23,000 in cash and arrested two Washington County residents Tuesday.
The warrants were served at about 4 a.m. Tuesday by members of the Frederick High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area group. The group was assisted by SWAT teams from the Frederick County Sheriffâs Office, Frederick Police Department, Maryland State Police, Washington County Sheriffâs Office and the Montgomery County Police Department, according to a news release from the Frederick County Sheriff s Office.
Police arrested Mark Linn Randolph, 48, and Elizabeth Jenine Snyder, 40, both of Washington County.
Randolph has been charged with possession of cocaine and PCP, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and PCP, and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction, police reported.
Recent felony arrests by the Johnson City Police Department:
Dec. 20: Timothy Fisher, 34, 1814 E. Fairview Ave., Johnson City, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, false imprisonment, possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana.
The arrest occurred after officers were dispatched to 1814 E. Fairview to investigate a 911 call concerning a domestic dispute.
When officers arrived, a woman told officers that she and Fisher had been having an argument when he became violent. Fisher allegedly locked the woman in a bedroom where he became abusive by hitting her several times with his fist.
He was also accused of hitting the woman with a wood stool.
