Guns, drugs and more than $17,000 in cash were seized Wednesday when agents of the Washington County Narcotics Task Force arrested a Hagerstown man accused of drug trafficking.
Kelly Parran, 30, of West Church Street, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, illegal possession of a firearm and other offenses following an afternoon traffic stop, according to court records.
As part of an ongoing drug investigation, agents had placed a GPS tracking device on a 2015 Chrysler 200 known to be used by Parran, according to the charging document. Parran was driving on a revoked license and was detained after he pulled into a Salem Avenue convenience store.
