WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ga. 25-year-old Montico Maze was shot and killed in Sandersville last month.
Six weeks later, his mother says she s still waiting for answers and a possible arrest. He had his problems, him and her, but I raised a good child all my boys good, says Felicia Henderson, Maze s mother.
Three people arrested for shooting at Waffle House in Sandersville
SANDERSVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A woman is in the hospital and three people are behind bars after a shooting at a Waffle House in Washington County.
According to Washington County Sheriff Joel Cochran, 20 year old Kayiah Faulkner of Sandersville was shot in the parking lot of the Waffle House at 104 East Church Street around 2:40 Sunday morning. Police say she was flown to a trauma center in Augusta. Sheriff Cochran says as of Sunday night, the woman is in critical condition.
Sandersville police say three people have been arrested in connection to the shooting. According to Sheriff Cochran those three people are: George Reeves, Thomas Tanner, and Malik Holsey. Sheriff Cochran says two of the men are charged with aggravated assault, but more charges and arrests are pending. All three are in the Washington County Jail.

MACON, Ga. A man is now dead after getting hit by a pick-up truck in Washington County.
According to Washington County Sheriff Joel Cochran, a Ford F150 hit a pedestrian around 10 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of North Main Street in Tennille.
Cochran says the victim, 38-year-old Ronnie Peeler of Tennille, had severe head trauma after the accident.
He died at a trauma center in Augusta Sunday morning.
No charges have been filed at this time.
