As of 7 a.m. on Tuesday the fire has burned 674 acres. Author: Mia Hunt Updated: 8:17 PM PDT July 20, 2021 STEVENS COUNTY, Wash. The Goddard Rd. Fire burning in Stevens County has jumped the containment line because of high winds. The fire grew to 30-40 acres in size due to high winds. According to the Stevens County Sheriff s Office, Level 2 evacuations have been put in place because of the movement of the fire. Level 2 evacuations mean to be ready to leave. Level 3 evacuations are in place for Orin-Rice/Goddard Rd. intersection to unnamed road east of Scattergun Road and the intersection of Goddard Rd./Pleasant Valley to unnamed road east of Chamberlain Rd.
