While waiting on the Wichita County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Unit (SRU) to arrive, the investigators saw a man later identified as Xavier D’Juan King make multiple trips from the apartment to vehicles that arrived in the parking lot. A Wichita Falls man embroiled in a relative s child-custody dispute was sentenced to jail time Thursday for damaging a convertible and its soft top after a judge revoked his probation, court documents show.  Emanuel Paul Ayala, 23, was being held Thursday in Wichita County Jail, serving a sentence for criminal mischief committed on Dec. 16, 2017, according to court and online jail records. Eighty-ninth District Judge Charles Barnard revoked Ayala s probation for criminal mischief between $2,500 and $30,000 after he pleaded true to violating his probation, court documents show. Ayala admitted to using marijuana four times, did not maintain a job, went to Bowie without a travel permit and did not pay a $750 fine, court costs and fees, according to court filings.
