A third-party investigation has concluded that an unnamed employee of the Sarnia Police Service wasn’t harassed and didn’t suffer workplace violence, a statement released Tuesday by police Chief Norm Hansen says.
Lawyer Helen Daniel launched the investigation in September in the wake of complaints by the unnamed employee and presented her conclusions and recommendations to the Sarnia Police Service Board, the statement said.

The chief indicated the investigation found there was no evidence “that any statement or actions were made that would reasonably be interpreted as a threat to exercise physical violence.”
