The first mourners have arrived at Windsor Castle today where the Queen is preparing to say her final farewell to her strength and stay Prince Philip as his coffin was moved ahead of the procession.

Prince Philipâs funeral will take place on Saturday afternoon within the grounds of Windsor Castle, to avoid crowds gathering during the
coronavirus pandemic, but will be televised to the nation.
The congregation will wear masks and members of the royal family will be wearing morning coats with medals or day dress.
Here is a timeline of events:
11am â The coffin, which will be covered with Philipâs personal standard along with his sword, naval cap and a wreath of flowers, will be moved from the private chapel to the Inner Hall of Windsor Castle.

The day of mourning began at 11am before a short funeral procession.
The ceremonial service begins at 3pm and a national minute s silence will be held before the start of proceedings.
The Dean of Windsor, together with the Archbishop of Canterbury, will then receive the coffin at the top of the West Steps.
