Overall Responsibilities: MSH seeks a highly motivated and skilled individual with experience in recruiting staff for USAID and other international donor proposal to join its Global Human Resources Unit. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, have experience in international development and in recruiting, both local and expatriate staff, ideally within global health. The Senior International Recruiter is responsible for recruitment related activities including but not limited to the recruitment and retention of qualified candidates and partnering with the staffing coordinator to ensure our projects short and long-term staffing needs – for both temporary and direct hire personnel - are being fulfilled. S/he will play a vital role to build internal and external relationships, becoming an essential team member in the delivery of superior customer service.
