Version 1.4 has arrived for
Genshin Impact, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. While we’ll have to wait a little longer for a new area to explore, Version 1.4 introduces the Windblume Festival: a three week celebration in Mondstadt featuring everyone’s favorite alcoholic bard, Venti.
Alongside the Windblume Festival are the new Hangout Events, which are permanent story-oriented quests that let you chill with your favorite characters (though only four characters are available as of Genshin Impact Version 1.4). There are various bug fixes as well, to include the lag in Ningguang’s Charged Attack and her Starshatter not homing properly. Here’s everything new with Genshin Impact Version 1.4.

Genshin Impact update 1.4 has only just arrived with the Windblume Festival. While there’s plenty to enjoy in the newest of the version of the game, there has recently been lots of leaks concerning version 1.5. Following the latest leaks for update 1.5, here you’ll find the reported skills and abilities for Yanfei/Feiyan in Genshin Impact.
Aside from the Windlblume Festival, the most exciting aspect of the current version of the game is the arrival of Rosaria in playable form. While we have to wait a few weeks for the Rosaria banner to come out, it’s fair to say that plenty of people are excited to finally step into her high heels.

The Retracing Bolide artifact set is a solid option for shield dependent characters in Genshin Impact. The important thing to remember about this set is that it only affects shields held by the character with the artifact set. Casting a shield with that character, or switching into an active shield, will get the benefit. Switching to a character without the set will then cause the benefit to end.
The Retracing Bolide set offers the following bonuses:
2 Pieces – Increases Shield Strength by 35%.
4 Pieces – While protected by a shield, gain an additional 40% Normal and Charged Attack DMG.
To get this set, you will need to make your way to the Domain of Guyun in Guyun Stone Forest, Liyue, and take on the domain’s challenges. Most of them will see you taking on a range of Slimes and Hilichurls. The Retracing Bolide set will begin to drop from Spring 3 onwards.
