When officers got to the scene, they learned that one man was taken to a local hospital for treatment, and another was found dead in West Palm Beach. Police investigated and arrested Rudolph on charges of first-degree murder with a firearm and attempted first-degree murder with a firearm. He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
