(WCSC) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation says a crash has closed two lane of I-26 East. Reports say the crash happened near Exit 211 toward Aviation Avenue in North Charleston and drive times are exceeding one hour from Summerville to downtown Charleston. There is no word on any injuries from the crash. This is a developing story. Check back for updates. Aviation Avenue in Hatfield - Credit: Supplied On Sunday, police dispersed a large group near the University of Hertfordshire.  At 2.30pm,  Herts police were called to reports of a large group of people in the Cunningham Avenue and Aviation Avenue area. Officers attended the scene to engage with those present and encourage them to follow the current COVID-19 legislation. The group dispersed with no further issues. Bowell had 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £180 plus victim services £32 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 40 months.
