Canadian Home Sales Rose 47.2% Year-Over-Year in December
Canadian home sales soared 47.2% year-over-year in December, the largest annual growth in 11 years, the Canadian Real Estate Association said on Friday. Greater Toronto and Vancouver areas both saw an increase of more than 20% year-over-year. The group’s Home Price Index was up 13% year-over-year in December. Reuters
