Gurugram (Haryana ) [India], February 19 (ANI/NewsVoir): Gurugram has emerged as a vibrant real estate hub in India. Strategically located near the national capital and having excellent connectivity via rail, road, and air, Gurugram has emerged as a melting pot of various cultures.
The cosmopolitan city boasts three highways: Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway and Dwarka Expressway and Delhi-Gurgaon (NH-48) Expressway as harbingers of connectivity that has improved further with the opening of Hero Honda Chowk flyover and Southern Peripheral Road.
The proposed Gurugram- Faridabad metro rail link, ISBT, Rapid Rail Transit System (RRTS) Corridor, and Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) will boost the industrial, manufacturing, and real estate prospects of the region.

On the 82km Delhi-Meerut RRTS corridor, there will be 22 RRTS stations, of which four will be in Delhi, including the one at Anand Vihar. Construction work for Anand Vihar RRTS station begins; it will be a multimodal hub, says officials 
New Delhi: Construction work on the Delhi-Meerut RRTS corridor has picked up speed. The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has started construction of the Anand Vihar station on the corridor. According to NCRTC officials, the station will be developed as a multimodal hub.
Note that RRTS is a new, dedicated, high speed, high capacity, comfortable commuter service connecting regional nodes in NCR. It is different from conventional Railway as it will provide reliable, high frequency, point to point regional travel at high speed along dedicated path way RRTS is different from metro as it caters to passengers looking to travel relatively longer distance with fewer stops and
