OKLAHOMA CITY Top-ranked Oklahoma run-ruled Houston and rallied against Kansas City in the Hall of Fame Classic on Friday in a softball doubleheader at Hall of Fame Stadium.
The Sooners (20-0) got three home runs in a 9-1 victory over the Cougars
Jocelyn Alo, Grace Lyons and Taylon Snow each hit one and
Shannon Saile and
Alanna Thiede combined for five innings in the circle.
Snow drove in four runs with a three-run homer in the top of the first that put the Sooners up 5-0, and then added a sacrifice fly in the fourth inning to make it 9-1.

NORMAN Top-ranked Oklahoma hit five more home runs Wednesday night at Marita Hynes Field in a 14-0 rout of UT-Arlington.
With yet another easy win, the Sooners improved to 18-0 on the season and now have compiled 14 run-rule victories.
The Sooners have now outscored their opponents 231-18 and have amassed 66 home runs, tops in the nation. Arkansas ranks second with 47 homers.
Jocelyn Alo got things started in the first inning with a two-run home run to right center field.

Tiare Jennings was named Big 12 Softball Player of the Week for the second time this season while her teammate
Shannon Saile shared Pitcher of the Week honors with Oklahoma State’s
Carrie Eberle.
OU Athletics
Jennings went 11-for-17 in the box for a .647 batting average and hit four home runs with 10 RBIs and 23 total bases as she continued the impressive start to her freshman season at the Courtyard Marriott Tournament.
She was 3-for-4 with two home runs in the Sooners’ series finale against No. 18/17 Missouri. Additionally, the rookie did not strike out all weekend and was perfect in the field, making appearances at second base, shortstop and third base and collecting seven assists and a pair of putouts.
