In a series of tweets on Monday, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf announced some changes to the current COVID-19 safety guidelines, loosening some of the restrictions as a result of Pennsylvania’s slowing of the spread of COVID-19. In-person gatherings got much of the attention outdoor event capacity increased from 15% to 20%, and indoor event capacity jumped from 10% to 15%.
