Dec 30, 2020 Photo: News 10 ABC State Police have arrested a Saratoga County man in connection with a crime that happened back in 2004. Troopers say 58-year-old Edward Dickson of Wilton forced an eleven-year-old to perform a sex act on him. The incident wasn t reported until this past August. Dickson has been charged with a felony and is set to be arraigned in Wilton Town Court. Anyone with information on the case is asked to call 518-583-7010.
