WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - The Wilmington Police Department spread some Christmas cheer Thursday.
Members of the WPDâs Housing Taskforce and Community Engagement Team delivered 36 Christmas gift bags to elderly residents who live in Wilmington Housing Authority properties. This is an annual tradition which is funded by the Wilmington Police Recreation Association.
