The Spectrum contemporary art exhibit Ode To Color just opened at the Carriage Barn Arts Center and runs through Saturday, May 15. This annual exhibit was juried by Lori Weitzner, an internationally renowned textile designer, and features 120 original artworks selected from over 700 entries by artists working in all media. The exhibit was inspired by Weitzner s book Ode To Color, and her ten essential palettes for living and design.
Artwork in the gallery is organized around ten color worlds: Waterside, Garden Party, Silverlight, At Ease, Out Loud, Earthly, Whisper, Night Shadows, Alchemy and Fragrant Woods.
