When police arrived the woman said that after the officer left on a previous call for suspicious activity, the man came to her fence and was telling her that she is the reason he is being evicted from her home. The officer spoke to the man who said he was speaking to her from the street and had told her that she is the reason he is being evicted from his home. The man said his wife has cancer and that he hopes that the woman will get evicted from her home so that she goes through what he is. The woman said the man threatened her by saying that he would try to have her evicted from her home and that is how he was harassing her.
