LUCAN BIDDULPH – A number of concerns were expressed by councillors and members of the public at the Dec. 15 council meeting about a proposed subdivision for Saintsbury Line.
Dubbed Timber Ridge, the development sits east of the Ridge Crossing subdivision in Lucan and proposes the development of 177 building lots for single-detached dwellings and one block for a row of 78 townhouse units. All told, the development will take place on about 38 acres of land. It will take several years for both phases to be completed.
